CosmeBeacon T05 / resource version 2026-10-16 Four linked administrative sheets for a reviewed non-US manufacturing workflow. This pack does not prescribe a recipe, process limits, tests, release criteria, an electronic signature or a complete GMP system. Use your actual controlled manufacturing and quality procedures. HEADER: batch reference is the event key shared by every sheet. Product revision identifies the specification; master instruction and revision identify the planned process. Record event date, equipment, operator, quantities with units and reconciliation reference from real evidence. MATERIALS: one row per relevant material or packaging lot. Separate supplier/internal lot, specification and supplier-document version. Record planned and actual quantities and the actual observation. EVENTS: record instruction step, revision, equipment, actual time and observation/result. Identify check method, acceptance reference, recording person, evidence and any deviation. Empty limits are not permission to choose limits. REVIEW: link each discrepancy to its investigation, action owner, finding and authorised disposition. Record reviewer, actual decision date, release evidence and distribution reference under your own procedure. The synthetic files all use SAMPLE-B01. They contain no quantities, processing conditions or approved limits. Their missing equipment-status evidence leaves DEV-01 open and the disposition Hold. No batch is authorised for release. Preserve actual observations and corrections with their history; do not replace them with an unqualified completed tick. Confirm access, review authority, signatures and retention separately.
