A label review record with a place for the evidence
Use this organiser to connect an artwork question to the exact panel, source provision and supporting record. It is intended for a reviewer working on a named product and artwork revision. It is not a label generator, a complete legal checklist or approval to print.
Choose the market file
There are separate blank and synthetic files for Ireland/EU, Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Open the file for the destination under review. If the same product will be supplied to several markets, create separate review records and link the shared artwork reference. Do not copy the outcome column between markets without reviewing the scope.
The Ireland/EU starting point is HPRA labelling guidance. The other branches use the GB guidance and the NI technical guidance. The exact applicable provisions, conditions and any exceptions remain a specialist check.
Start with the blank organiser
Record the product reference, specification revision, artwork revision and packaging component. Add one question per row. The row can address an address line, an ingredient statement, a claim, a warning or another identified artwork question. The file does not pre-decide the full set needed for your case.
Use the artwork-location field to help a second person find the text. Use the evidence-reference field to identify a document and its version, not a general folder. Keep the source URL beside a separate provision field so that a page address is not mistaken for the legal basis of a finding.
Read the synthetic example
The fictional record links artwork 3 to product revision 2 and leaves a proposed durability statement unresolved. Another row identifies an unfinished ingredient line. The evidence is incomplete, the specialist decision is blank and printing is not authorised by the record.
These rows illustrate how to write a question and assign an owner. They are not a model set of wording or a specimen that can be made compliant by replacing the product name.
Close a correction carefully
Record a proposed correction separately from the specialist finding. When a designer supplies a new version, keep the earlier artwork reference and add the new revision. Confirm the implemented text against the finding, record the reviewer and date, and retain any remaining conditions.
The instructions download describes every field and the expected separation between presence, evidence, finding and correction. The B01 annotated panel provides a visual example of that process. The downloadable files retain their resource version so that a later review can identify which organiser was used.
